Haley attended the University of Oklahoma for both her undergraduate degree and her Juris Doctor. She graduated from law school with a certificate of concentration in Oil & Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Law. She has built a strong skill set in all things property law. Haley has taught Real Estate Transactions at the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
Prior to and during her first year of law school, she began learning the ins and outs of oil and gas title examination working for an OKC metro law firm. She gained more insight into the oil and gas industry as a summer intern for a well-known oil and gas operator, where she maintained and reviewed leasehold underlying HBP units in the Barnett Shale. During her final year of law school, she chose to work for a small firm in her hometown of Purcell, Oklahoma, where she became a licensed abstractor and surface title examiner.
During her time as an attorney, Haley has excelled in oil and gas title across multiple jurisdictions. Haley is skilled at handling complex opinions and other legal issues related to real property law. She has helped many clients from a variety of backgrounds with estate planning, probates, quiet title actions, deed preparation, adult guardianships, and business formation.
Haley lives in Norman, Oklahoma, with her husband, Travis, dogs, Walter, Poppy, Hank, and Bunny, and cat, Ernest. Outside of the office, Haley enjoys playing golf and reading. She serves the Norman community as a board member for the Norman Arts Council.
